Γευστικά χαρακτηριστικά

Σκούρο ρουμπινί χρώμα. Στην μύτη πολύπλοκα αρώματα μαύρων φρούτων, μολυβιού, με νότες καπνού και κέδρου. Στο στόμα θα βρείτε ισορροπία, ιδανική οξύτητα που δίνει φρεσκάδα και φρουτώδη μακρά επίγευση.

Οινοποίηση

Cabernet Sauvignon 55%, Merlot 45%. Χειροκίνητη συγκομιδή και αυστηρή επιλογή ρογών. Η ζύμωση πραγματοποιείται σε δρύινες μεγάλες δεξαμενές (Foudres) σε ελεγχόμενη θερμοκρασία, με διαβροχή.

Ωρίμαση

Σε γαλλικά δρύινα βαρέλια για 18 μήνες.  Το κρασί περνά επίσης μερικούς μήνες στην φιάλη.
Μπορεί να παλαιώσουν για 10-15 χρόνια.
