Σκούρο ρουμπινί με μωβ ανταύγες. Στη μύτη, πληθωρικές νότες κασσίς, βατόμουρα και κεράσια, νότες μπαχαρικών, γλυκόριζας και μαύρης σοκολάτας. Στο στόμα, ζουμερά και γλυκά αρωματικά μαύρα φρούτα, λεπτόκοκκες, όμορφα γυαλισμένες τανίνες και φρεσκάδα από την οξύτητα. Μακρά φρουτώδης επίγευση.

It’s a Merlot-based blend that includes declassified lots of La Croix and Ducru-Beaucaillou itself.” Best after 2021.

Οινοποίηση

Merlot 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 36%, Petit Verdot 4% από αμπέλια σε βαθιά χαλικώδη εδάφη με αργιλώδες υπέδαφος. Χειροκίνητη συγκομιδή και  απαλή πίεσης των σταφυλιών. Η ζύμωση πραγματοποιείται σε ανοξείδωτες δεξαμενές.

Ωρίμαση

Για 12 μήνες σε δρύινα βαρέλια.
Τα κρασιά μπορεί να παλαιώσουν για 8-15 χρόνια.
